Become a part of it as Working Student Process Management (m/f/d) in Cologne.

You work closely with our Project Management and Operations team. You take over the following tasks:

  • Create extensive reports from huge amounts of data, deducting strategy recommendations directly for the C-Level and product managers
  • Work closely with our Data and Business Analysts to analyse and report data from Google and Facebook Analytics
  • Optimise workflows in close collaboration with different project managers and stakeholders
  • Support management of one of our offices, when it comes to Asset Management, internal IT Structures and Processes
  • Detect patterns in data, and find, report and ideally solve flaws; always with the goal in mind to enhance business processes
  • Manage our internal IT Systems, when it comes to on-/offboarding of employees and access management
  • Identify issues, e.g. in data streams, business and IT processes, find solutions and present them to the operational management

Requirements

✔ You are enrolled at a German university for at least another year

✔ Ideally, you are studying business informatics, process management, Computer Science, or similar

✔ First experience with Facebook and Google Analytics

✔ You are available for 20 hours per week

✔ Ability to understand business needs and processes, and understanding for dynamics of agile software businesses

✔ Ideally, first experience in project management and respective tools like Google Suite, Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Trello)

✔ Ideally, understanding for IT infrastructure and processes, e.g. RBAC structures, hardware and network set-ups

✔ Ability to understand and work with big amounts of data in spreadsheets (or similar)
